1. Cancellation by Guest

Refunds are determined based on the time at which the cancellation request is received, relative to the scheduled tour date and time:

• 48 hours or more before the tour date:
  ✔️ Full refund (100%)
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour date:
  ✔️ 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour date or same-day cancellation:
  ❌ No refund
• No-shows:
  ❌ No refund will be issued for guests who do not arrive at the scheduled meeting time.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking channels.

2. Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule made more than 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and may be accommodated at no additional cost.
• Requests made within 48 hours of the tour date are treated as cancellations and follow the refund terms above.

3. Weather & Safety Conditions

• Certain activities (such as diving and snorkeling) are weather- and safety-dependent.
• If 2901 Tours cancels an activity due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
• Weather-related discomfort or personal preference not deemed unsafe does not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Any third-party booking or payment processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies. Please contact the original booking provider directly.
