1. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been successfully received.
• The person making the booking confirms that they are authorized to do so on behalf of all participants included in the reservation.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices include only the services specifically stated in the tour description.
• Any additional expenses (such as personal purchases, optional activities, or gratuities) are the responsibility of the guest.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, summarized as follows:

• 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund (100%)
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour date or same-day cancellation: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to modify or reschedule bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Changes requested within 48 hours of the tour date may be treated as cancellations.
• 2901 Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries, schedules, or tour components when necessary due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.

5. Health, Safety & Participation

• Certain activities (including diving and snorkeling) involve inherent risks.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate.
• Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.
• Failure to follow safety instructions or guide directions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

• Tours may be altered, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If 2901 Tours cancels a tour for safety or operational reasons, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No compensation will be provided for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Late Arrival & No-Shows

• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
• Late arrivals may be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in tours and activities is at the guest’s own risk.
• 2901 Tours, its employees, guides, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or delay except where required by law.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during tours.

9. Photography & Media

• 2901 Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
• By participating, guests grant permission for the use of such media unless a written request is made in advance.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
